    finally found a way to review !
    FINALLY!
    I just wanted to tell you this is one of the most amazing and heart wrenching stories I've ever read!! this immediately went to my book marks!!
    I keep going over this story again and again because it's just that great.

    I loved every thing about your Snape, he is every bit that I imagined he would be if he was put in the same situation!!

    and Harry oh my he is perfect!!!! I feel he retains most of his core characteristics even though he had a very different upbringing , and that's for me is something important because in the end I truly enjoy how JK has written him!

    Aaaaaagh I can't express how much I LOVE this series, and while I Haven't had the chance to comment on every single chapter as I should, I had to mention this one chapter where Snape discovers that harry was feeding on his magic, that chapter always reduce me to sniveling mess no matter how many times I read it, ( such huge sacrifice but he still made it for Harry T^T)
    Lastly I Really, really wish you would continue this masterpiece!
    I can't wait to read more!.

    Hey, do you know that you're my favorite author? No kidding. You're in line with my other fav author such as JK Rowling, Suzanne Collins, Dan Brown, etc. See? You are more than a fanfiction writer for me. Tell you what, I have read a lot of fanfics here and lot of you are good here and yet I never bothered to create an account to review. (Yeah, I'm rotten lazy ass reader, ikr) Then I saw your works and then there's this nagging feeling that I need to let you know how awesome writer you are for me. But I could not do that right because I wasn't registered. So here's what I did. I created a gmail acct, then I log in here then I submitted a review, telling you how I consider this as gem. Then poof! I suddenly lost my password then I also couldnt retrieve the email acct I used here. In short, I became the 'rotten lazy fat ass reader who loves to read fics but wouldn't bother to create an acct bcoz she's too lazy' once again. And besides, I already told you how awesome you are so no need to review again right? I just patiently waited for your updates. Patiently. Telling myself, maybe the author is busy. Or maybe, doing more important things in her life. You said that you'll update, right? So I waited. Patiently. With full of hopes. But the problem is, YOU RARELY UPDATE ALL YOUR WORKS! Yeah, I've read all your works here and I love them (i'll give you some decent reviews next time, ok? This review is alloted for my babbled review). When I say I am waiting, I am not just referring to this fic but also to all your unfinished works to be updated. Anyway, go back to the story. Where I am again? Ah, okay. So I register here, gave you my FIRST EVER review, lost my log in info, could not review, and read your works silently.

    But then I couln't help but to overthink: "What happened to the author? Why Hopeless Wanderer isn't updating anymore? Is the author dealing with illness? Mental block? Broken heart? Or worst, lost of passion?! Oh my, what can I do? I need to let Hopeless Wanderer know how awesome she is! I need to let her know that I admire how genius she is in touching reader's heart, how brilliant she is in playing with reader's emotions, how sometimes her works are dark and has a psychological plot that will twist your brain, but at the same time, sweet and heartbreaking and haunting and beautiful and... simply unforgettable. So what could I do? Oh, wait! I have a brilliant idea! What if I'll get my lazy fat ass up, create another acct, then give her an awesome review! Brilliant!"

    So that's what I did. You know, it's just weird that I created an acct for you to give you my first review then now I created another acct just to give you my second review.
    Now, sorry for my stupid review. I just couldn't help it. Can you please update and finish your works? I mean, this and the Thirty-one plus one are my fav. Can you finish them quickly so I could now go back to my cave and bury myself to the ground like a good potato I am and finally rest in peace?

    PS. I won't tell my first username because I want you to go back to the reviews and read all the good words of your reviewers and maybe you'll feel motivated again.
    Another P.S I absolutely hate my new username. It's so random. Maybe I'll change it later to 'Hopeless Reviewer'

    Author's Response: I know exactly who you are, and I remember the exact quoting of your reviews dear and to THIS day, whenever I have enough time to go write, I try my darn hardest to come and take a look at those first for inspiration, your words are truly the kindest anyone has ever said to me, and the fact that you consider me one of your favourite authors legit teared me up as I was reading this email. MORE so was the fact that you went to the trouble and make a second account, through all the trouble to come and review and check up on me, it's just insane, and I feel quite maudlin for being this emotional about it. I found this Email notification WEEKS late, and gosh do I hate myself for it. before I go on and explaining, I should apologize for MAKING YOU WAIT SO LONG FOR ME TO UPLOAD! I'm so so so sorry, and I know that this apology wouldn't salvage the lost time you waited for me to show up. :'( Since the last year or so, a lot of things have happened to affect my writing, first and foremost was my Konkoor (super important uni exam) which required to me study 15 hours a day (no exaggeration), on top of that, I had some personal issues with my family that took up the rest of my time, and that just sort of vaporized all my writing abilities. Writing has been a bit scarce since then, the results of the exam came and thankfully my place is secured in Uni but that just doubled my workload. So between Uni and family and dealing with health, I neglected my precious babies here, (and you, sorry again) something that I NEVER meant to do. So I'm trying to rectify that, I rewrote my sketches from last year, and I'm slowly but surely working on completing my shorter works first and editing the old works before moving onto the longer ones that require more time. Today, I'm going to edit and repost two of my shortest one-shots while I finish the last chapter to "Lefties". Trying to get them out of the way, so I can focus properly. This review changed my entire mindset, even though I discovered it so late, and it gave me the jolt and the passion that I needed, don't you call it stupid because it honestly pulled me out of the well, and I'm trying to back on track because of it. THANK YOU, more than anything, thank you for your super kind words, and thank you for thinking of me. I hope you are safe and doing well, and I hope that we can be better friends because of it. I won't take more of your time, Squiby. I won't reveal my guess because I'm afraid of being wrong, but I feel like I know your last user name too :) I kinda like your new user name but if you think you should change it, love to see what you'll come up with!     I come back here every week to check if there's a new update only to be sadden repeatedly to find nothing. But of course, I know that you are busy and writing this requires a great time. I just hope that you never ever considering of abandoning this masterpiece. Your story is a rare piece of jewel that i happened to fortunately discover amidst the pile of stones. Please continue this story...

    Great chapter. I love the scenes of his childhood but the ones with an adult oHarry are so compelling, thank you

    This is a masterpiece.
    I think it is partly the unusual premise and mostly the way it is structured, with Harry telling the story and slowly unraveling more of the mystery. Another big factor is his internal dialogue; it is _superb_.

    Wow! This story is quite a ride! It's unlike anything I've read before, and for once I have very little idea of where it will possibly go, what kind of conclusion it might eventually have, etc...how exciting!
