I love that Sev broke Vernon's nose. It's good to see Sev take on more of a parental tone in this chapter. Poor Harry thought Sev left him.
From a writing standpoint, this chapter progresses the storyline nicely. There's some repetition in some of your sentences that could be cleaned up upon further review.
As a future writing tip it's best to avoid using too many -ly adverbs, but most writers are guilty of this sin at one time or another. It gives you something to strive for to improve your writing skills.

I liked the ending of this chapter, I think it was kind of funny. I love how Petunia loved her sister in this one and wasn't jealous, why was Harry in a cupboard for his childhood is what I want to know. You really need some work with your typing, you have really stupid errors like for the word hurt you put hunt, for shirt you forgot the r and have shit. There are others and I suggest you go through and make some changes, or have somebody else read it for you and make the changes. It is a good story though and I would love to keep reading it. Keep up the good work and please update ASAP. :)

That was so hilarious. I love when Snape spelt the leg out from under Vernon's chair, and told his guests that Vernon didn't live there!!!
Oh, and the best part was the buckets of water. This was hilarious!! I love it.
Oh, I'm so anxious for the next chapter.
