I think you could expand it.

In my opinion there's actually enough to make it at least a four or five chaptered story, and get the both of them to interact a bit more.

It's still good as a one shot should you want to leave it like this though

Yes, please expand this delicious little one-shot. Not only is the concept of Snape whistling unbearably hilarious, the concept of Snape whistling around, or at, Voldemort is unthinkably awesome.

Hehe, cute. XD Funny Harry busting in on Snape with his lips still pursed in a whistle. I liked the conversation a lot, about Harry actually caring if Snape tried whistling in a meeting and died because of it, and then telling SNape that Dumbledore wouldn't allow it. XD Cute!

This is good. I wish it could be a little longer. Also, I wanted to have more description about the sound whistling has for Harry. Is it horrible shrill? Does it make his teeth buzz with pain?

But good story. We want more as always.
