I'm depressed the story just ended right here.....Well it was good while it lasted

Eagerly anticipating the next chapter. And I just know that Harry would want to stay with Snape and not Sirius. Especially after hearing Sirius call Snape names and the 'tunnel' incident.
Hmmm will Harry come up with a nickname for Sirius. (Something like a version of Snivellous for Sirius?)
That stray dog Harry had taken to feeding was Sirius wasn't it?

You started off interesting but I'm sooooo turn off right now by Harry lying about the Dursley's abandoning him. I'm sick & tired of Harry being written as not having the brains or guts to stand up for himself.

I would love more of this story, but it looks like you have not written in it for over 2 years... are there any plans to write more?
It is really quite good, and worth continuing. Severus' insecurity shows in so many little ways, but I cheered when he did what was right for Harry. Does he really think Harry will abandon him? Of course he does.
It would be quite interesting seeing Snape and Sirius try to win Harry, and also try not to harm Harry by their rivalry. Even though you seem to be following canon fairly closely, I would be fascinated to see Sirius free and in this Harry's life: a harry that prefers Snape.
Wherever you take it will be fascinating, so long as you (please please please) take it somewhere. Just one more chapter.... and another....
(Your story is good enough I am even finding myself forgiving the grammar and spelling errors, but... maybe by now you have a spellchecker?)
