I really liked how Snape glanced around before pulling up Harry's comforter. That made me smile.
On a broader note, I have to say that I liked how Snape never became a cuddly type. He came to care for Harry, but retained his personality. He sneers at cheerfulness and finds open displays of affection gross, while still genuinely caring about Harry. After all, there's more than one way to love someone.
Thank you for sharing!
What a wonderful and beautifully written story. I loved picturing Harry taking off on Sirius’s motorbike, learning to ride horses, and coming of age throughout the story. Snape’s patience and commitment to helping Harry was beautiful. Thanks for this great story.
I'm going to hazard a guess and say you're American, right? England is a small enough country you can cross it in a day. There's not a whole lot of room to try to outrun your demons without crossing several country borders on the mainland.
Please don't take it as a criticism of the story. It's a really good story. Just thought I'd point out the size of Great Britain compared to the United States.
wow this was ana amazing story I absolutly loved it

That was a truly wonderful story. Thank you so much for the time and committment you took in completing in. I for one vote for you writing a contiuation into sixth year - your writing style is perfect for showing the final battle between Harry and Voldemort (with some help from his friends). Although I do agree with you when you say you want it mapped out before posting it. I never have been good with cliffies - I'll keep you on my list.

Well, that was a creative solution, especially coming from Severus. Great idea--I mean YOURS, for having come up with it! Good show!
WOW! Such a great way to chronicle Harry's passage from boy to man! I loved his relationship with Snape and the idea of the tattoo, the symbol Harry left on Ron's window and soo many other things. I did feel that the riding was believable and validated by your explanation for why he could take to it so quickly. I will definitely be checking around for another story!
I just recently found out that there was even such a thing as Harry Potter fanfic and it has been a fun couple of weeks.
I thoroughly enjoyed your story. It was well written and presented some fun and intriguing ideas such as Harry being able to sense magical aurors (spelling?) and his ability able to do away with dark magic.
Keep writing please.
This was awesome! Definately one of the better ones, I've read. I can't wait to read the sequel!
