Excellent. I like what you have done with this. BTW, I also loved DH; I think it might be my favorite of the series.
Yes, I think most of us who were holding out for Snape to be good were relieved, but at the same time disappointed that all we got was a peak at the real man.
It's nice to have a version of the forest scene with Snape actually in it, so thank you. :)

Good oneshot! Ive been feeling hollow myself, at least Harry named his kid after Sev not that that really satisfies me.
I'm glad someone is starting to fill in the missing pieces... all those things we wish were there but weren't.
I'm sure the fanfiction will start to pour in once people have had a chance to sort out their feelings and the new info. I know personally I'm not ready to start writing anything that takes book 7 into account... in fact I'm not ready to continue my fic that ignores book 6, let alone book 7, until I can figure out what new info can be pulled into it and what will simply have to be disregarded.
Anyway, this was a nice piece... good job.
