Great chapter! I really enjoyed this Dumbledore, particularly his dislike of Fudge and that he actually cleaned his hands after the meeting. I also liked that he figured out who Harry is--I'm assuming that's what he figured out--and his exasperation with Dolores being appointed DADA professor was marvelous. I enjoyed Remus putting Harry before Sirius, and considering Harry his young cub even though he doesn't know who Harry is. Great chapter, I eagerly await the next!
Interesting story so far but this chapter was horribly confusing. It really seemed like one thing was happening then all of the sudden they were some where else. How much time has passed since the last chapter? When did 'Alex' attend or take exams at the Elementary School? Not a bad story so far but it has been horribly confusing with things jumping around in this chapter.
There are some intriguing ideas here, but so many mangled sentences and typos that it was hard reading. It should be interesting to find out what Harry is supposed to be now and who the imposter is.

Very, very good start, can't wait until you update.
Odd... but good! I'm looking forward to more.
If possible, get a beta reader to go over it and correct some of the grammar issues. Or just try reading aloud to yourself, since that often helps to catch mistakes.
