    aww... kinda sweet. i like how we can sometimes see a little tiny bit of concern and niceness in snape.... sometimes.

    good chapter, if not a little creepy! its so odd reading this in contrast to all the nice snape stories but i really like it!

    Wow. Fantastic chapter. Really fantastic. I love your Harry and all his childish thoughts. Snape is done wonderfully too. Really good job. The ending was superb.

    The only mistakes that jumped out at me were these:

    "One without blood on it," Snape grabbed the potato and flung it in the waist bin.
    waste

    And sitting down to supper was nice, well as nice as supper with Snape could possible be.

    I LOOOOOOOVE it! I stopped getting all the update notices again and I only now just remembered that there's probably more to your stories than I'd last seen. Haha, I love how we all just blatantly accept that Harry and Snape are now pretending to be family... erm, for real. Lol. I really love it :D

    And this last scene, priceless. I can't wait to see Snape's reaction, lol.

    You're welcome Perry! :) I wish you'd just get an alpha reader to catch the big mistakes though. Your writing is very good even with the mistakes, and I'd rather you write than edit. :P But something that's posted for lots of people to read does need to have the typos fixed. *sigh*

    Never mind, I just realized that you had a chapter title for this chapter. I looked at the story on FFN and it's "Fathers". You just forgot to write it in here. I fixed it for you and added the chapter title for Chapter 4 as well. :)

    So do you feel wonderful now that your paper is turned in, and everything is graded? I bet you just feel drained. Well rest up!

    Oh, Jan, you're so good to be. I never would imagine I had so many mistakes. This is why I preach to my students about writing and then letting their papers sit for 24 hours so they can see their own mistakes. I'm afraid for fanfic, I do not practice what I preach, but I will try to catch my mistakes. I protest that I was at someone else's house when I posted the chapter and the connection kept going and coming, but I'll try to catch my typos for the next chapter. It make take me a little longer though.
