Awwww, tender moment without too much tenderness ^.^
Oh, I like this. I like this very much. your descriptions of Severus' thoughts and feelings were excellently drawn and I could just feel Harry's enjoyment of the free time and the wonder at the fact that the gloves fit him and never got too snmall. But most of all I loved the last two paragraphs. You do beautiful work.
Awww great ending line. I really like the eyeglass reasoning for why Harry wouldn't remember the experience as he gets older. Its convenient and it comes across as very valid as well.
That was so beautiful! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!
Oh. Wow. That was lovely, thank you.

That was great! I loved little Harry, trotting after Sev to say thank you. And Sev was sweet but not at the same time. I really enjoyed that.
Oh, my goodness, this one brought tears to my eyes. I love little Harry and want so much to take him away from the horrible Dursleys and give him a loving family instead.
I think you illustrated the abuse so eloquently by showing Harry's pitiful happiness at things most children would take for granted...glasses so he can see properly, gloves that fit well enough to keep his hands warm, and the way he accepts that something is wrong with him...not the aunt who can't bear him or the cousin who bullies him and others.
I'm so glad that Severus showed a little kindness, and that Harry was able to 'repay' him, too. Too bad they never realised it.
Awesome little story! I love fics when Harry's little and the part about Snape noticing his green eyes was just beautiful, as was his giving the kid gloves. Too bad Harry didn't have them when he attended Hogwarts, so he could show them to Snape!
That was cute! I think that's the first response to this challenge where Harry is actually a young boy at the time. Nicely written! :)
