Dun dun DUN! Oh Harry, what have you gotten yourself into? *shakes head* Little kids are like that, they get bored and don't listen, then wind up getting themselves in quite a fix. Sev will probably ground him for quite some time, but I wouldn't blame the guy if he spanked Harry in this instance. Frankly, he'd disserve it for disobeying and putting himself in danger. Ah well, even the sweetest of kids can't be angels all the time.
Can't wait for your next chapter! And I find it really great that you update everyday ^^.
Author's Response: Thank you and I should have the next one up sometime tonight, and you're right about the kids, no kid is an angel, and even though Harry is very sweet, he does get into trouble just like any other kid!
wow, finally caught up. Oh my goodness is all I have to say. I'm really not sure what Severus is going to do with Harry after that. He catches him in the lab a place that Harry knows he has no business being in, in the first place. Playing with what I'm sure are expensive and somewhat volatile ingredients when mixed together, with a knife in one hand and broken glass at his feet. I know what I'd do to him, but I'm not Sev. I'm sure a few long lectures among other things and one very unhappy Harry is going to be the end result of the next chapter. Can't wait to see what happens, keep up the great work and please please update again soon. LES
Author's Response: Thanks so much and I love your reviews by the way! And you're right about Harry being unhappy in the next chapter, actually Sev won't be very happy either. I should have the next chapter posted sometime tonight and man, i guess people are getting very involved in this story based on the number and kind of reviews I've been getting!
Wow being in the medical field myself, having nothing to do with OBGYN, that was a great description of a woman giving birth, also something I haven't expreienced yet. Awesome job with that, sometimes it's so funny to see Severus in such a caring and wonderful profession. Absolutely loved Harry and Severus going out to dinner, he reminded me so much of my cousin's at that age, and all the things you go through when you take children to a resturant. Hope to see more Sirius and Moony in the future. LES
Author's Response: Yes, I know, but this is not the same Sev we know from the books and I wanted to portray him as a little different, less uptight and bitter and angry (except when it comes to Tobias). And Sirius and Moony might just pop up again in a future chapter! Like they popped up in this one, I wasn't planning for it, but all of a sudden there they were!
awww that was a really cute one. I love to see Harry and Severus just doing the normal everyday things. t I love how Severus turned Harry taking a nap into a game. Severus trying to get Harry back into their own house rules was really cute. As cute and cuddly as Harry is I have to say I really like his defiant side, I guess because it makes him seem more normal. I mean no kid is that good all the time, so it was nice to see him testing his boundaries a little. Keep up the great work. LES
Author's Response: So do I, which is why I tend to stress that point in my stories--that even though they are wizards and can do magic, they also live in the real world and do real things too! And the house rules thing is always a problem that my sister had whenever she let her kids stay with the grandparents for a week--they came home and wanted to do everything they normally weren't allowed to do--stay up late, eat snacks all day, play outside until dark--you know!
oh my goodness, well they say that bad habits are hard to break. As bad as I feel for Tobias not being able to see Harry, because of what happened, I don't blame Severus one bit, for being as furious as he was. He just isn't going to take that chance with Harry's safety, and it's understandable. Hopefully they'll be able to work something out.
Author's Response: Yes, eventually they might do that, but right now Sev doesn't want to see Tobias at all!
Wow come back from vacation and the flood gates open. Poor Harry glad to see that he was alright after being chased by that crazy dog. Harry's reaction to Severus being awake was priceless. I loved how you showed how impatient Harry was for Severus to get better, because he wanted him back, it really shows his young age. It's amazing how a man can wake up from a 3 month coma, and go right back into parent mode without even a blink of a eye. Great job with that, really awesome chapter. LES
Author's Response: I HAD wondered where you'd gone--since you're one of my very frequent reviewers! And yes, it is hard for kids to understand why it takes so long for a parent to heal from something. And well once a father always a father, and Sev is a good one, though he does make mistakes.
Oh, poor Harry! But he was being very bad, and probably gave Sev a heart attack when he saw him, so poor Sev too. I love this story, so please don't leave me waiting too long to find out what happens to dear Harry. (I don't even know why I say that, you're like the fastest updater on here.) -Elise
Author's Response: Thanks Elise and you won't be waiting too long, I should have the next chapte rp[osted by tonight say nine or ten o'clock maybe, so check back then.

Oh, poor Harry, I feel really sorry for him though he was really naughty. I was always mad when something kept my father out of my bedtimes stories and walks ! Hey, that's HIS father after all ;-)
Author's Response: You're right and unfortunately that's life, sometimes it does intrude on plans, although Sev never said he wouldn't take Harry to the park, he just had to wait until he was done talking.

Well... Siri mentioned a slipper so that's my vote. Great story!!! Seeruk
Author's Response: Ouch! I don't know if Sev will go that far however there will definitely be consequences.

I vote that Sev takes a good look at why his son misbehaved and realize that a six year old can't always comprehend that some things take priority - all Harry saw was a broken promise from his father while HE kept his end of the bargain.
Author's Response: You're right and there will be a discussion about that before Sev punishes him, but Harry also knows better than to go in there, and has been told repeatedly never to do so. Thanks for reviewing.
