Reviews For Never Again!
**LOL...Perfect reaction. And unfortunately, I think I hear that on a daily basis from teenagers... "You don't have to stand over me, I'm putting my phone away..." *rolls eyes* Wonderful, cute chapter. I loved it :) Author's Response: Yes, I know what you mean! When i taught seventh grade it was, okay, okay I'm putting my pager away since they didn't have cell phones back in 93! So glad you liked Sev and Harry playing!
Author's Response: God, is that ever the truth! Thanks for reviewing!
Author's Response: Thanks so much, I loved that game when I was a kid!
I am rather annoyed by the callous way Severus is treated by everyone, though. The poor man just woke up from a coma and everyone is on his case about him forgiving his father. There seems to be little or no validation of his feelings whatsoever - 'well yeah, too bad your father abused you, now get over it and reconcile' seems to be the general attitude. No wonder he is rebelling against the very thought. Not to mention that Tobias obviously cannot be trusted. This time it was only a bruised cheek, who knows what will happen next time? anyway, any fic that can draw such an emotional response from readers definitely has very strong points. I think I will actually keep reading this one. Author's Response: Why thank you very much and normally I don't write much CP either, I tend to avoid it, but for this story, since one of the major themes in it is abuse vs. discipline, it was something I had to put in there. As for Severus, he is not totally unsupported in his views, his friend Matthew will stand by him now that he has learned Sev does have a valid reason for not trusting his father and so will the intern Amy Turner (who doesn't have all that big a part to play) As for the Tobias and Severus relationship, it eventually will come to some kind of resolution, but perhaps not the one either expected. Severus certainly will not become all warm and fuzzy towards him, but may eventually allow his father to see Harry while he is with him, but not alone.
Author's Response: Yeah, he's a cutie! LOL!
Author's Response: Yes indeed!
Author's Response: Thanks very much! I figured we needed some cuteness in there!
Author's Response: Aww . . .how sweet!
maybe this will serve to remind him the next time he wants a drink! Author's Response: Yes I think it will!
Author's Response: Thanks, it gave me a good feeling when I wrote it! |
