I really enjoyed this chapter. The idea of imagining something complex to hide memories was interesting. Snape's example of using the potions cupboard made sense and it sounds like Harry's idea of using Hogwarts should work as well. I'm glad they are making progress on all fronts.
Author's Response: Glad you're enjoying Bridgeportfox.
I really wanted to read this story, but the format is bothering me. It's ok to be different, but I just don't like the format of Harry telling the story like this to the entire school. It just seems not plausible to air his laundry like this in front of the entire school... in front of a friend maybe but not all the young kids and everyone.
Severus certainly got his revenge on the Dursleys. I wonder if he will ever revisit them to see how they are doing after his efforts.
Author's Response: He certainly did get his revenge. Thank you for commenting.
I wondered when Snape and Black would get into it. I'm wondering if the two of them would be able to establish a truce since their goal of helping Harry is the same.
Author's Response: Indeed, it was only a matter of time until they got into it. We'll have to wait and see about the truce. Thanks for commenting.
Hearing about how Harry started DA was interesting as was the business of finding a place to hold meetings. I would have thought that former Maurader Sirius would know about the Room of Requirement but it didn't sound like it. I was glad that Arthur killed Nagini. One horcrux down.

I've read a lot of stories about what was done to the Dursley's, I love your idea. It was very creative and this was something they would have to live with forever! How dare Albus let him rot there for 10 years!
Author's Response: Thanks missny1. I have to admit I was a little proud of myself for coming up with the Dursley's fate. Glad you liked it.
Sounds like a lot of alcohol was involved. Poor Sev. Spent a night with the girl of his dreams and was too drunk to remember the experience. No wonder he didn't know that Harry was his son.
Author's Response: Indeed. Thanks for the comment bridgeportfox.
If Molly didn't already know what was going on, she certainly does now. I'm curious to find out whether Snape knows that Harry is his son.
Interesting first chapter. I liked the way the story is framed as an answer to a question. Going from Harry's memories back to Harry in the present breaks things up nicely.
