Reviews For Finding a Family and a Home
Can't wait for the next chapter!! Author's Response: Thanks very much! I really appreciate your kind words. I really try to keep them in character, so it's great to hear when someone thinks I've succeeded. :)
Oh the one tiny issue I have is I have no clue how old they are. I understood 12 from the beginning but you are mentioning things that are from older years in the books, so am just a tad confused. Author's Response: I appreciate your taking the time to review! Thanks for your kind words, and I hope you enjoy the rest too. :) They are indeed 12, but since this is an AU story, don't be thrown if some knowledge doesn't adhere strictly to canon timelines. :) Hope that helps!
Author's Response: Thank you! Wow - I am so delighted by your kind words. I'm thrilled that you're enjoying it so much and I really appeciate your taking the time to tell me so! I'm sitting here with a huge smile as I type this! Author's Response: Thank you! Wow - I am so delighted by your kind words. Author's Response: Thank you! I am glad you're enjoying it and like where it's going. I'll keep writing! :)
Author's Response: Thanks for taking the time to write and share your questions. Sorry that it is confusing to you. They are indeed 12, but in this AU, Harry started "tuning in" to Voldemort after they met over the Philosopher's Stone and it became clear that he needed to start training to learn how to defeat him (including occlumency) earlier than in canon timelines. That's why Snape got involved in his welfare and their relationship began to develop. Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough in the 1st chapter - thanks for asking!
Good job. Author's Response: Thank you for taking the time to review. I know what you mean - I've thought of writing a "prequel" about how they settled down into their routine, but for this one, I just wanted to start off with a relationship in place. :)
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review! :) It's always nice to hear that you're keeping the dialogue in character! |
