Best. Line. Ever.
Okay, so for the most part, this story was really good. I enjoyed it. but towards the end it seems a little rushed and kinda cheesey.

This was one of the best adoption fics I've ever read! I was glad to see that Harry didn't immediately "get over" the abuse, but rather than it's a gradual process that he's still working on.

oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh are you doing a sequal???
when I was eight me and my mum made shortbread biscuits, only we forgot to grease the paper and it stuck to the biscuits. I (being eight) decided to eat them anyway. The very thought of shortbread now makes me feel quite ill. this story is wonderfull, everyone is in charicter, (exept prehaps snape, who is, in my oppinion, as in charicter as it possable for him to be while giving harry cuddles!!!!) OK on to the next chapter!!!!

Great story. I was about to give up fan fiction, but read your story. I really enjoyed it. Your characters were believable and the story kept my interest. Now I am going to see what else you have written ;)
Oh please, please, please write a summer sequel. I can't bear not reading more of the fabulous universe you've created. I would love it if you'd write a story for every year. This is definitely the most fantastic HP fanfic I've read thus far. Please don't end it here.
