I like that Snape is listening to him and not just (completely) blindly attacking him without reason. I can understand the man holding a grudge but he should also be getting a good close up view of Harry that shows he is NOT his father. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely HATE HArry having this kind of homelife. with most writers (and I am not saying you are one of them honest) they tend to either go from here to the broken submissive Harry who lets Draco or Snape lead him around. I really hope this isn't so.

This is a promising start - I hope to see some more soon! I like this kind of story where Harry tries to fit in somehow and always thought that with his upbringing he wouldn't do well in Gryffindor...
I'd say Severus is beginning to suspect something. One question, any reason why the chapters are so short?
Author's Response: Because they aren't really chapters. I don't know what exactly they are called, to tell the truth. They are a bit like challenges, I suppose. Ficlets.
