    Not sure how Hedwig helped but would love to find out! Thank you for a comforting story, a long time ago I did a similar job and found it emotionally exhausting and frustrating so I can understand what you have been through but keep going!

    I hope you will write more! Did Harry remember to bring his wand? And how did the weasly's know about his abuse and self harm?

    Thanks for your positive review! I don't write fanfiction at the moment and I don't know if I ever will be again. So this little story ist a standalone. If I ever will write again I will work on "Harry and his new family" again.

    You ask how the weasleys know about the abuse. The answer is in the title of the fic and has to do with Bills fiancè. I think you will get it now. ;)

    Awww! I love how Snape was kind of sweet instinctively but then berated himself for it. Haha :D. and it was cool that Moody was in it! I think a chaptered sequel would be awesome! :)

    I hope you keep going with your job - it must be frustrating not to be able to rescue everyone, but I'm sure there are people that you do manage to help quite a bit.
