Great chapter, its still wierd about Ron, but i am glad harry and hermione had a good childhood with sev. Can't wait to see what happens next.

This is really different, and I like that Hermione is Harry's sister. I always thought that their relationship was like brother and sister. Too cute.
Why wasn't Ron outraged at being put in Slytherin? His whole family were Gryffindors. He should have at least gotten a letter from home.

This is an interesting beginning. I like how you have Sirius and Remus involved and friends with Severus, harry, and Hermione. Can't wait to see how the Sorting goes. It seems like Molly is being prejudiced against Severus and Slytherins. Ollivander seemed kind of creepy, but maybe that was because he was dealing with Snape's kids.
This is a creative twist. Hermione and Harry as siblings is a cute idea :) Though, Molly and Olivander seem OOC... I take it you're not a Weasley fan? *pouts* Oh well, it's your story and I'm glad Sirius and Remus will be involved in Harry’s life.
