This could easily be the beginning of a story as well as a story in and of itself. I would love to see this continued! I can't help but feel that there is much more that can be said.

This was brilliant. You've taken and extended what I consider to be the best scene from all the books.

great last line! And the way you made Snape slightly mad from grief and, well, madness was good too. I think it would have been nice in some ways if you could have used another reason why Snape would have not let harry die rather than his memories from the book. Like, come up with some new ones or a different method for Harry to take them?
