    All the insecurities of an abused boy come out in Sev, don't they? Of course, he would be concerned about other children not wanting him around, or kicking him. The toilet monster must seem very real to him if his father assured him it was so. I like how everyone (well, except Peeves!) is trying very hard to see Sev the four year old, not Snape the foul tempered potions master. But even Snape had his friends too - Minerva's grief does need to be acknowledged and dealt with, for sure.

    But for our little tyke, can't wait to see Sev at the Weasleys!!

    I enjoy your take on the other members of the Hogwarts staff, particularly the ones who get little face time in the books, like like Poppy, Sprout, and Hooch. The flying with "Harlie" and Ro was such fun to read about!

    Seeing Severus adjust to a different homelife from what he remembers of the first time he was 4 made me sad. What really got me teary eyed, however, was when they tried to explain to him that he was actually a grown man who had been deaged a few days before, and that some people might be mean to him!!! Poor little Sev!!!

    I am looking forward to Harry coming soon!!!

    I am so glad you have brought this story to P&S! I read it over at FF and enjoyed it very much - it will be fun to reread it and leave my reviews here (I didn't leave any at FF- sorry, I'll make up for it!)

    When I first started the story I was pulled up a little by the Dumbledore/Minerva and Poppy/Alastair coupling, but found I was able to get into them for the story's sake. I am just a huge sucker for deaging stories, particular Snape stories. I also think canon Snape's homelife must have been this side of horrific, and seeing your Snape start to blossom as a loved little boy is very special! This is the type of AU I particularly enjoy.

    Like I already told you I was very scared about posting it here. I spoke with te admins in advance if it is okay. Nevetheless I feared nobody will review or they will spam me with flames hat this is a Harry/Severus side and my story doesn't contain enough of both.

     The Poppy/Alastor coupling is in almost all my stories. I'm very glad you liked this one nevertheless.

    PLEASE up load more. I'm loving this little guy.

    I fear the treatment from the students--will Harry have to step in and be a protector? I can't imagine Harry letting anybody hurt this little guy.

    This story will end when the school year beginns, so there are no interactions with the students, but there will come a sequel about Alastor's birthday and then another one which will start when the students come back.

    If still people are intersted, I will of course upload. I'm a bit unsure about this because the long foreplay before Harry appears. I already wrote a sequel in which Harry will be from the beginning and that was the only reason I dared to upload this story. Otherwise reading the sequel would do no sense.
