    I can't remember if I ever reviewed this before, although I have read it several times. I still love it. :-) It's sweet, and you did a good job with setting up the subplot about Harry's injury, and an excellent job of keeping Sev in 4-year-old character. But what I liked best was when you shifted the point of view to Alastor in the last chapter with all the shenanigans of the birthday party. :-) The very end when he said farewell to the old Severus and faced fully forward to life with little Sev was so very well done. Thanks again for sharing this. It made me smile today.

    I don't know why this wasn't very popular. I found it to be a great story about Alastor's final acceptance of Severus-the adult-being gone, and wanting to see little Sev grow up loved. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait for the next installment of little Sev.
