    Oooh! I do love this, very much. I adore the style you wrote this in, first from Harry's perspective and then from Snape's. I've seen some other replies to this prompt floating around, but I have to say that I like yours the most.

    Snape is in character, as are the other professors. And the take on the curse with a legit physical aliment is refreshing and intriguing. I also like how, though Harry's thought process, you come to a reasonable conclusion as to why he would decide against casting the curse.
