I'm one who'll say it didn't make any difference. Because in the end of canon, Harry respected and understood Snape anyway. But interesting read.
Author's Response: I totally get your point of view. That's why I added that line in at the end anyway, lol. I knew there'd be two reactions to this story - that it didn't make any difference because of what you said, or that the journey was just as important as the end result.
