The description of incantations was fascinating, and Harry’s performance was so much fun. I see what you mean about “one step forward, two steps back” between Harry and Snape.

The Sorting Hat is wise, indeed. It was fun to see the older students getting to unwind. It will be interesting to see how everyone integrates back into school life.
Wait, what!? This cannot be the end. It just cant. What about Harrys depression and anxieties, what about Snapes obliviated past, what about Ginnys denial, what about Farrow. You touched so many topics here of the ethical, philosophical and psychological kind, that it is maddening to leave it so open. Your writing is superb. You describe the various characters without passing judgment and therefore make it even more amazing to read. However now that you have opened up all these topics and questions it is nothing short of low-down to leave it so elusive.

Not a very satisfying ending for me. I was hoping for a more positive outcome.
I'm sorry this story is so open-ended. I hope you are writing a sequel. Why is Harry so drawn to Ginny when she has obviously pulled away? Snape could give him lessons on what that could lead to. I liked the birthday present Minerva and Harry gave to Severus.
I'm not sure if someone has made note of this, but I greatly enjoy when a writer sneaks themself into their works. Henna Hatch, a decidedly unique metamorphmagus fits perfectly with the fluidity of your writing style. I look forward to the sequel! As well as noting any changes (all good I'm sure) that 6+ years of writing will have on it. Stellar work! I love all the elements you incorporated especially with ethics and the kangabbit. 10/10 will absolutely read again.
