Author's Response: However much fun that would be, I am afraid that if I were to write a story of that sort it would be far too similar to this one. However, I already have a few de-aging plot bunnies jumping about my brain, so you may see more of that in the future, but perhaps not of Hermione or Harry.

Hey, DaughterOfAres I managed to see the name 'Harry' instead of Hermione in your question, and I only realized after I submitted my answer! (In my defense I answered this at one in the morning) So, here's the actual answer: I did not mention that Hermione was abused, though it depended how you interpreted it. If you chose, you could have believed that her parents had far too high of expectations for her. It all depends on your opinion really and was rather open ended. Hope that helps!

Author's Response: I did mention a few things about Harry and having to sleep in the cupboard, and the bars on his window and such. I also mentioned he was quite skinny for his age. I didn't say anything about physical abuse though. Glad you liked it!

This story has been so very sweet! I am going to miss those kids and the fatherly affection of Sev too. Hope Harry and Hermione will still have all the memories of this week to treasure! Especially Harry, since he doesn't have any other good childhood memories to speak of..
