Thank You! I always wanted a better ending for the basilisk also. I love the ending which allows me to imagine further adventures when the eggs hatch.

Wonderful! I always had wondered why generally soft-hearted Harry never tried to talk to the basilisk. I always feel sorry when animals get hurt because something humans did made them vicious, so I am glad that your basilisk had a happy ending.
I have read and reread this story and just love it! Any chance for a followup?

This was AWESOME! Really fantastic and an original story idea. Very creative and you only used dialog, which can be hard to do to create an interesting plot, but you did it anyway. Very nice. 10!
