Great chapter. I think you have got it right with the level of abuse. I fthere was extreme abuse harry's character would have been different. However the abuse that was there was dreadful as the withdrawal of approval or love is terrible for a child. What makes me mad is that Dumbledore agreed to tis in order to make Harry readt for the future!

Awww, yay! fantastic chapter. Although I'm not sure that Snape realizes that Harry was going to go to the park to get beat up, not to beat up other children. Will he learn about that later? I wonder what protection spells he has on him. I love this story so far! Thanks for starting and updating it!

Awesome start! I love how the name Seven is so close to Severus, and the nicknames are the same. Great job! I enjoyed reading things from cat Snape's perspective. Everyone seems to be in character. I wonder what will happen next.. I worry for Harry's safety, and Snape's safety. Dudley wasn't nice to cats from what I remember.
Yes! Great chapter. Love how Snape was finally able to "speak" but then, when he decided to just snarl and hiss, the ability was taken away again. Sounded just like something Minerva would do to him.
Way to go. Sev biting Vernon's beefy fingers was a great giggle.
Also, thanks for sticking to the more canon version of abuse.
Wow i am glad to see Sev has had an attitude adjustment Harry is who he is because of both parents but also becasue of his history growing up and I think he is realizing this.
