Wow, I TOTALLY love this story! It's really nice and not too extreme with abuse thing. I will surely seek out the continuation.

great chapter, I loved it! I'm glad that Snape is trying to understand Harry and is changing his opinion. Also I think the Dursleys are pretty in character in this, which is rare in fanfiction.
