I really like this. Are you going to turn this into a Severitus fic? I find it interesting that most Girl!Harry fics pair one of the twins with her.

The highest compliment I can give is that this is very 'Butterfly Effect-esque,' meaning that your femHarry is a non-Sue and relatively interesting.
I do wish there was some backstory though.

Wow, that's deep.
Why doesn't anybody notice she's falling apart at the seems?
I feel so sorry for her, and, I just want to take her home with me and make sure she learns the truth that people love her, and she's special, worth something, not a freak.
