Very nice. I didn't expect the part about Tom's mother. Good idea to bring her into the story! A great way to deal with Tom's infantile soul - much better than in DH.
Author's Response: I'm so glad you think so - I always felt uneasy about the baby in DH; no matter how physically revolting it may have been, it was still just a baby. Thank you very much!
