Aww, little Sev is so cute and it's so sad that Dumbledore had to tell him that Eileen was dead.
It was almost funny though that Minerva was freaking out that much.

This is a very good beginning. I've never seen Sirius pressed into service to care for a de-aged Snape, but I like it. I also cheered when you had Albus poke Sirius with the "you did try to kill him when he was a boy, and you didn't even apologize". So, I think you have Sirius pretty well; sometimes a jerk, and very set in his opinion of Severus, but not a complete b*****d. And poor little four year old Sev, wanting his mummy. :-( Write more soon.
