Great beginning and it sounds like a very interesting premise! I like the backstory for Severus' family and his emotion at finding Harry alive. I hope you can recover your previous stories!
Great start. Your portrayal of Tobias is interesting. Drunk, but not abusive, and the concept of him being kind of a seer is cool and different. I thought I spotted a couple typos, but not enough to be distracting. Overall, I loved it.
Cute story so far. So what type of life has Harry had? What will happen when he comes to Hogwarts? How different will he be?
Sorry to hear about your computer. I wish you luck at recovering data, I know I'd love to see OotPegasus updated. I'll patiently wait and pray the data can be recovered.
But seriously I like this new story. I cannot wait to see where you will take it. By the by, any chance of seeing an after death sequel to the swan story? (Had to ask! *grins*) Great job!

I would like to see where this goes. I thought the tears at then end and Dumbledore's response to them was funny.
Author's Response: Thanks; I've had the 'silent tear' problem before; you think that you're so calm and in control- right up to the point that someone asks why you're crying lol. I thought that it would be interesting for Severus' eyes to betray him, just as his heart has betrayed his mind and,of course, Dumbledore would naturally attempt to comfort his young collegue (who does not want to be touched, let alone cuddled!)
Though I will miss Pegasus and Inverted, this one looks like such fun.
Terrible that baby Dudley died - at one year old, he was an innocent.
Author's Response: Yes, I struggled with the idea of saving Dudley but, as you will later discover, removing Dudley would have taken a far greater suspension of belief on the part of the reader so, sadly, he had to be sacrificed.
(Pegasus and Inverted will be continued, even if I can't get my work back- it's just that it's difficult to gather up all the pieces again)
