Thank you for a wonderful story, I am looking forward to the next chapters.
I don't usually read stories until they are over 40,000 words, but I decided to be adventurous today and it paid off. I love how your story starts out and cannot wait to read more. I particularly like the quote for the tombstone. Who said it?
Author's Response: The quote is by the Roman Philosopher Seneca from the first century A.D. I don't personally know a lot about his life, but he lived in a very interesting time period and I've always loved the quote. Thanks for reading and for taking chance of this story.
