Reviews For This World of Glass
Thank you again - I will miss this story, too, but it was great to see everything wrapped up so well. I'm hoping to read many more of your fics in the future! Sita Author's Response: Wow, thanks so much Sita! I'm glad you liked the evolution in the series, as I only ever meant to write the first story in this series. The two that followed were just dying to escape from my head, so I'm personaly pleased as punch that people actually continued to read and that it turned out well! As for Severus being a husband, so you know, in my mind, they do end up getting married after the war. I'm really glad you liked the sherbert lemon thing, as that came completely without planning and I liked that part a lot. Thanks a lot for all of the contributions you have made with your reviews, which have truly made my day on many occasions.
Looking forward to the next time we see our Professor and the boys. :D Hugs and Love, Vanime Author's Response: Glad you liked it Vanime! Thanks a lot for the review. I doubt I'll be doing another story in this series though, so you probably won't see any more of the professor and the boys.
Only problem is - what am I going to read now that my favourite story of the past few months is finished? Author's Response: I'm glad you've enjoyed it so much, and that you liked the ending. I wanted it a bit bittersweet, and I'm happy that you liked htat. And ... as for not having a story to read, (Cough cough, blatant advertising of own material!) I will be submitting a story for the prompt fest soon, so I suppose you could read that. Anyway, thanks rosina!
Although I am amazed that a father let his two teenage sons go out on some undisclosed journey in the middle of a war. If it had been me, I would have grabbed both boys and gotten far, far away. Author's Response: I know that it seemed a bit crazy for Severus to let Harry and Draco go, but I had a number of reasons for why he would let them. First off, at their time of departure, they are all of age, and Severus knew that it was their right to make the choice. Second, the situation that the wizarding world is in calls for some sacrifice. Draco, Harry, and Severus understand that. While Severus wishes they could stay, he has suspected from the start that Harry would have to go, and therefore has prepared himself for it. Albus has also stressed the importance of the mission. Anyway, thanks for the review.
Author's Response: Thank you! I know that it is sad that Albus had to die, but I felt that he had to because I felt it would be too unrealistic and perfect otherwise. That is one of my peaves, when stories work out absolutely perfectly. Anyway, glad you liked it, and thanks for the review!
Author's Response: Good to hear you enjoyed the humour with Albus and Minerva. I thought that would be rather amusing. Thanks a lot for the review bridgeportfox!
Author's Response: Well, I'm happy that you liked it rosina! And thank you for the review!
Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Thanks so much for the review and well wishes.
I have to admit, I'm not usually a big fan of Snape/OFC pairings, but you wrote Laura as a believable and sympathetic character, and I really like how they got together. Severus deserves happiness after so many years of remembering Lily and denying himself any close relationship. So, go Laura :)! The last chapter - no! I will miss this story, even though you wrapped everything up so nicely. Hope you have a good time traveling! Author's Response: I am so glad your theory worked out! I was dying to tell you that you were on the right track, but I refrained! I'm glad that you liked Laura. I tried really hard to make her as real as I could. No, seriously, you should see the pages I have of her backstory! I only wish I could have included some of that. I'm so happy that you have enjoyed this story so much, because I have had such a great time writing it, and for people to enjoy it so much is extra icing on the cake (mmm ... icing ...). Thanks for the review, and thank you for the feedback!
