I like how Harry/Jayden went to Professor Snape for advice - I was holding my breath that he wouldn't blurt out the letter - that may have ended an excellent story rather quickly! :)
I hope he continues to appreciate his new life, but I hope he has a chance to talk to his old friends - I imagine Hermoine would be more open to chatting with a first year Slytherin compared to Ron's reaction.
I'm also curious as to his flying abilities - did they stay with him? I'm presuming yes - a little flying time might make the kid feel better, too.
I enjoyed reading fom Snape's POV. I almost want Harry to stay Jayden, just to have a normal school year. Although I bet Severus will start having his suspicions before long...
Did Dumble transfer the soul? Who else is so powerful...
Harry keeps giving himself away

Fantastic chapter giving Harry's conflicting thoughts. It's lovely to have the Slytherin perspective as well as the longing for hi old life so well brought out thank you and please update soon!
Well, I can see that Harry telling Snape about him missing his friends in Gryffindor probably incurred Snape to think about Lily, perhaps?

Sorry I missed this when it was posted very good chpter with interesting ideas. I find Severus' speech rather hard to follow, You are trying to keep his formal way of speaking but I think the sentences become rather convoluted sometimes.
It'll be interesting to see how Hagrid reacts to Harry and if Harry takes Snape's advice to the fullest.
Author's Response: I am preparing to work on that part now :) And Sev's advice will be sticking with Harry for a while so...maybe he will. Thanks for your review.
