According to the wiki "A reference to drugs, such as marijuana, usually gets a film a PG-13 rating". Especially as you couched it so vaguely, I don't think the rating needs to be changed at all. The only issue people might have is that Luna is doing it at such a young age. Otherwise, I'd love to see more. This is starting to get down to the nitty-gritty.
Where is Luna getting her pot lol? Do wizards have drug dealers too?
I suppose I'm more than a little worried about Harry's reactions to certain things.
I thought the Boggart wasn't supposed to be able to hurt the students, physically? Or is that another thing Harry is different about?

I love the development of luna. She truly is an amazing character. Nice chapter!
It's always bothered me a bit that a one-year-old could remember anything, even a traumatic event. Still, good chapter.
I'm really intrigued by Luna's theory on Dementors.
