This is wonderful. It is sweet, and humorous, and touching. I like that Harry's letter, when Severus finally gets his hands on it, has many misspelled words, because that makes it so much more genuine, and precious (I can see Snape putting this into safekeeping and pulling it out every Christmas to read over again). This made me laugh: "Severus Snape had never run through the corridors of Hogwarts quite so fast in his entire life. Several students were knocked down in the process, and even Peeves was having a hard time keeping up with him." (I could totally picture that happening) I really enjoyed reading this!
