Great chapter. Poor Blaize you have really got under his skin, thank you so much.
So Blaise is on one of Snape's short lists. 😊 That would be a very scary idea except that Snape genuinely cares for Blaise for himself not just because he's Harry's friend. I guess Blaise is finding out first hand what Snape meant when he promised to keep an eye on him.
I'm glad that Harry and Blaise are getting their friendship back on track. Up until now, they both have been mistreated or neglected by the adults in their lives who should have been looking out for them. They need each other for support.

Beautiful, heartbreaking chapter. You have a incredible ability to draw readers into the inner worlds of your characters and paint a vivid, multi-faceted picture with your words. This chapter has exceeded my expectations, and those were very high expectations, I will say. I eagerly await an update.
